Privacy Notice

The protection of your privacy and personal data is important to me. Your data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Below you will find an overview of the key aspects of data processing on this website.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data | When Visiting this Website

It is possible to access this website without providing any personal data. However, if you choose to contact me via the contact form on the website, by email or by phone, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for any subsequent communication. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data | Contractual Relationship

Furthermore, the following personal data is stored for the purpose of customer service and the processing of contractual obligations: your name or company name, profession or business activity, date of birth, company registration number, authorized representatives, contact person, business address and other relevant addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, email address, bank account details, credit card information, and your VAT identification number. This data is required for any pre-contractual measures and for the conclusion and execution of any contractual relationship.

The data mentioned in the previous paragraph will be transmitted to my tax advisor in order to fulfill my tax obligations. Data is retained as part of any contractual relationship and, in addition, in compliance with statutory retention and documentation obligations arising from the Austrian Civil Law Mediation Act (ZivMediatG), the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO), and other relevant legal provisions. Further, data may be stored where necessary for the fulfillment of legal or contractual obligations – for example in connection with liability or warranty obligations, or to assert or defend claims, particularly relating to fees.

Bank or credit card details may be forwarded to the relevant institutions or payment providers for the purpose of processing fee payments.

Your data will only be retained for as long as necessary to process your inquiry, schedule appointments, fulfill the contract, comply with statutory retention requirements, or assert or defend legal claims.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data | Electronic Communication

For contacting me and scheduling appointments, the services “Calendly” (provider: Calendly LLC, USA) and “WhatsApp Business” (provider: WhatsApp Ireland/Meta, Ireland/USA) may be used. Personal data such as name, telephone number, email address, and communication content are processed in this context. Providing this data is voluntary; however, it is required to enable contact and appointment scheduling. Contact is also possible via email or telephone without using the services mentioned above.

Processing is carried out solely for the purpose of contact and the organization and execution of appointments, based on Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.

Data may be processed on servers outside the EU, particularly in the United States. Calendly and WhatsApp Business are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and data processing agreements pursuant to Article 28 GDPR have been concluded with both providers. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the administration of appointments or as required by statutory retention obligations.

When using WhatsApp Business, technical metadata is additionally processed alongside the personal data provided, in particular information regarding the time, duration, and type of communication. This metadata is used exclusively for the technical handling of communication and is not used for content analysis of messages.

These records are used for internal system-related and statistical purposes. The information collected includes the IP address of the requesting device, the name of the accessed website or file, the date and time of access, the volume of data transferred, the response status (successful/unsuccessful), the web browser used, and, where applicable, the referring website (referrer). This data is used exclusively for system security and to protect against misuse. It is not used to identify individual users and is regularly deleted following anonymized evaluation.

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for its operation and core functions (e.g. for displaying content, language selection or CMS-based navigation). These cookies are either deleted at the end of your session (session cookies) or remain on your device for a limited period in order to recognize you on your next visit.

Data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the proper functioning of the website). No separate consent is required.

In order to ensure a consistent visual presentation of fonts, this website uses typefaces from the Google Fonts library. Integration is carried out exclusively via the local web server. No connection is established to Google’s servers, and no personal data – especially IP addresses – is transmitted to Google.

SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content – such as inquiries submitted via the contact form – this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix in your browser’s address bar and the padlock icon. If encryption is active, data that you transmit cannot be read by third parties.
